Simply Skewered

For the past couple of years, Fusion has had the opportunity to design the exterior of Lehigh’s “FUD Truk”, a go-to spot for breakfast and lunch or a quick snack on the way to class. In edition to the “FUD Truk” Fusion designed Simply Skewered, Lehigh's newest mobile culinary platform, debuted in Spring 2019. This truck offers a Churrasco inspired menu of Halal-certified grilled meats, vegetables and Brazillian side dishes and is 100% gluten free. The Truk can be found on main campus Monday-Wednesday 11 a.m – 3 p.m.
